Restock pantry staples (oils, grains, legumes)
Check herbs and spices — replace any that are empty

Plan 5 dinner meals for the week
Choose 2–3 breakfast options to rotate
Plan lunches or confirm meal prep covers them
Note any special meals or occasions this week
🥘 Meal Prep
Cook at least one batch protein
Cook a large batch of grains (rice or quinoa)
Roast or prep vegetables for 3–4 meals
Prepare at least one sauce or dressing
Portion and label all prepped containers
